Eugene W. Harris, PRP

Eugene W. Harris is the owner and president of Eugene W. Harris & Company Wealth Management in North Haven, CT. He is a registered representative with Jefferson Pilot Securities Corp. He holds the Series 24, 63 and 7 securities registration and a license in the State of Connecticut in the areas of life and health insurance and variable contracts.

Eugene was born and raised in New York City. He received his B.S. and M.S. from Southern Connecticut State University and has been heavily involved with the City of New Haven ever since. In 1974 he joined the New Haven Police Department. He was a lieutenant in charge of the training division at the time of his retirement. While still on the police force he began his second career in financial planning which has culminated in the successful growth of Eugene W. Harris & Company Wealth Management.

Eugene is currently a member of the New Haven Country Club, the Graduate Club, and the Knights of Columbus.

Eugene also spends his time serving on many non-profit boards. These include New Haven Boys and Girls Club, Cardinal Hayes High School, New Haven Country Club, St. Bernadette Church, and Sacred Heart Academy. In the past he also served on the boards of the Graduate Club, the New Haven Town Green Special Services District, and St. Bernadette School.

Vincent A. Rascati, CFP®

Vincent A. Rascati is a Certified financial Planner as well as a Registered Representative with Jefferson Pilot Securities Corp. He holds the Series 6, 7 and 65 registrations along with a producer license for Life and Variable contracts.

He is a graduate of Notre Dame High School in West Haven, CT. He holds the Series 6, 7 and 65 securities registrations and received a BA and MS from Southern Connecticut State University, as well as a 6th year certificate from the University of Bridgeport. In 1986 he attained The Certified Financial Planner designation.

Vincent was a teacher at Ansonia High School for thirty years. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of Wepawaug-Flagg Federal Credit Union in Hamden, CT and the Board of Governors of Race Brook Country Club in Orange, CT. He also serves on his church and high school Alumnus Committees.

He and his wife Leslie reside in Hamden, CT. They have one daughter, Susan-Anne, who attends the University of Chicago as a graduate student.

William F. Giaquinto Jr., PRP

William F. Giaquinto Jr. is a Registered Principal having successfully completed the Series 7, 65, and 24 examinations. Mr. Giaquinto also holds a producer license in the State of Connecticut in the areas of life and health insurance and variable contracts, along with a certificate in taxation.

William Giaquinto, Jr. is a Registered Principal of Jefferson Pilot Securities Corporation having successfully graduated from Clark University in Worcester, MA , where he was a management major and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He and his wife, Megan, are Hamden residents and have two children. William enjoys both spending time with his family and playing golf.

He began his career as a Registered Representative in 2000, and joined Eugene W. Harris & Company in 2002. He has served as President of the Hamden Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI) in 2002-2003 and 2005-2006. He is currently a member of BNI and the UNITAS Club.

Jamie L. Longley

Jamie Longley has been associated with Eugene W. Harris & Company since 1990 and holds the position of Office Manager.

Jamie has been involved with the insurance industry for the last twenty years and currently holds a Connecticut license for Life, Accident and Health Variable Annuities and Variable Life. She also holds the Series 6 and 63 securities registration.

Ken Young

Ken Young joined Eugene W. Harris & Company in 2007 as an administrative assistant.

Amy J. Harris

Amy J. Harris joined Eugene W. Harris & Company in 2004 as an administrative assistant. She holds a BS from New York University.

Gloria V. Moniello

Gloria V. Moniello has been a receptionist at Eugene W. Harris & Company since 1994. She was also a receptionist at two other companies for over seventeen years. Gloria is a lifelong resident of New Haven where she lives with her husband.
